By accessing or using the 5 Star Reviews website, dashboard, customer landing pages, email services, and any related functionality (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

5 Star Reviews provides local businesses with tools to request customer reviews, route private feedback, and manage their online reputation. The Service includes a business owner dashboard, customer-facing review pages, email invitations, and optional website widgets.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

To access the owner dashboard, you must create an account with a valid email address and maintain accurate business information. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Without limiting the foregoing, you may not:

• Use automated scripts, scrapers, bots, crawlers, or any other automated means to access, monitor, copy, or extract data from the Service, including customer contact information, review activity, feedback, or any other client database content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, algorithms, or underlying structure of the Service or its software.
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from any part of the Service, including its design, code, interfaces, branding, or content.
• Access or attempt to access another owner’s account, data, or client database without authorization.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited, deceptive, or harassing communications, or to manipulate review platforms in violation of their terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, logos, trademarks, and other materials provided through the Service are owned by 5 Star Reviews or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You receive no ownership rights in the Service or its underlying code by using it.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or third parties, or is unlawful. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
